How to get a (good) tenant in ASAP after purchase?

Looking to move on my first property within a few months! It is a single family property 3 bed 2 bath. After purchase how do I get a tenet in ASAP?

Where do you post your property and what tactics do you use to get the most interest?

I will be doing very thorough screening! Just looking for more info about where to post the property and how to get the screening going quickly!

Hey Chris,

If you're closing on your first property, I would find a local, experienced lease agent - someone who specializes in leasing, not buying/selling.

When you find this person, ask them how they evaluate tenants, how they deal with leads, etc. Then overtime you can handle your own leasing.

When you start out you just don't have the experience to find great tenants, and getting a solid tenant is key to your rentals success.
