Looking for first multi family in Indy!
I’m in search of my first multi family property in the Indianapolis area. I have a few places in mind that are decently priced.. BUT I don’t know:
A. What is a actually a good deal for multi family
B. What to look for in a multi family
The numbers seem to be correct on the surface but all I know if subtracting income from expenses to get cash flow. Problem is I don’t know all the expenses associated with buying a property.
Any tips can help. Looking for some good direction to get this real estate ball rolling!
