@Brandon Beaudoin Very difficult to find a company willing to give a Heloc on an investment property so in the end that was why I choose figure and as you stated their rates are competitive, for my situation in worked out great. Good luck brother on your Heloc.

You can get a fixed rate Heloc from a company called Figure.(San Francisco based). There online process is simple. I had funds in like 7 days.

@John Voychick I use Navy to Navy, everything has worked out great for the last 2 years with them. Curious who was the bigger company you were using ? My Realtor is also my property manager so finding and renting a property with them is a breeze.

I use Navy to Navy so far so good with them.
