Need new Lender recommendations and or advice. My current Lender says per Fannie/Freddie guidelines If I do a cash out refinance before 12 months they can only base it off the initial purchase price and not the new ARV. They will do the cash out refi after 6 months however It is still based on the original purchase price. This will not work for my current BRRRR strategy. I do not want to wait 12 months for each property to be able to get the 70% new ARV that I am after. Hope this makes sense. Please reply or message me if your a lender who can help with this. The property in question is in Jacksonville Florida.

@Marcus Cason You might be better off saving that extra 200 a month in a savings account rather than throwing it at the mortgage. What if there was a recession and home prices plummeted the money you were trying to save to build equity would not be available. At least in the bank you can get 100% percent of it when needed. On the other hand If prices continue to rise that alone should give you extra equity.

@Joshua Sinatra Yeah let me know for sure. I wasn't really looking for large meetups anyhow. More just wanting to connect with a few like minded investors to exchange ideas and possibly work on joint projects. Currently looking for another SFH or multi Family in Jacksonville as we speak but wouldn't be opposed to hearing you out on the larger multi properties. Jacksonville prices have gone up alot and good deals are getting scarce lot's of competition out there right now.

@Joshua Sinatra So far so good. I have a great agent who is also my property manager so that works out real well. Let me know what you hear about the meetup and feel free to reach out anytime. Thanks
