Hi BP -

I'm Chris. I've been using the BP site for a few months now but neglected to do a newbie post when I initially joined, so here it is!

I work as a Mechanical Engineer. I found BP via the podcast. I don't currently own any properties yet, but I've been working on my real estate education for some time (feeling the analysis paralysis starting to seep in, eek). I'm hoping to regain momentum by getting more involved here on the forums and attending local meetups to see what other investors are doing around me.

As of right now, I'm thinking the BRRRR strategy sounds like the best go-forward option for me. I'm struggling to narrow in on a city to invest. I've done surface level analysis on properties in quite a few different regions, including Chicago suburbs, southwestern Michigan, and Colorado Springs.

I know I'm going to enjoy being a part of the BP community and I look forward to connecting with some of you!
