I am looking into different cities and states to implement the BRRRR strategy. I am curious where your are performing BRRRR's and why you are doing them in that state/city. I am listening to all of the podcasts I can and also reading all of the books that I can!

Thanks for the information. Maybe this is why I have heard on the podcasts that you must be careful investing in inexpensive homes in that 30-40k range.

I am open to both tenants already in place and also a rehab and move a tenant in afterwards.
