Hello everyone, I have a question regarding the grades of neighborhoods. I understand the typical scale is from A-D, but where exactly would you find this grade for a neighborhood? Are there any certain websites or anything that help you find this assessment on a neighborhood?

@Moises R Cosme

Thanks for taking the time Moises I will check all this out, appreciate it.

How’s everyone doing today, wondering how exactly you find the phone number’s of local real estate owners in the area. You do this to figure out what operating expenses look like in that area by asking these owners who have been in the area for quite some time.

How exactly would an investor looking to go into a new area do their “due diligence” on a neighborhood?

@Bill Brandt

Where can you see these stats on avg home price, how many are being sold on avg, etc.

Thanks for the feedback Frank, I have begun personally telling all people I am acquainted with about my ambitions.

Also, I will check into that. Take care.

What are ways other than using the MLS, foreclosure lists, Redfin, or any other website of a similar sort?
