@Todd Powell for me, it’s about stability. Once I reach the level where we have cash flow above and beyond our needs and we can comfortably and safely invest in bigger things and enjoy time freedom, I will quit my W-2

I'm an uber driver as well as a full time express tech at Subaru. When I'm out and about at night and on my hours off, I like to jot down addresses of houses I feel may be of interest to people with investment capital.

What do I do with these places? How can I find out if they're worth sharing with investors?

How do I find people who may be interested in these properties I'm finding?

Thank you in advance for your time and responses. I wish you all a great week.

No worries. I'm just getting started so I've learned that I should have been a little more descriptive with my post. No harm done. Moving forward now.

I am very interested in being a bird-dog for investors to know what they are doing. I am looking to learn how I can get started doing this and would really appreciate any feedback or advice on apps, what I should and should not do, etc.

@Erik Whiting this is by far some of the best advice I have ever read. Thank you for sharing this Erik.

I think what you have suggested will help a lot. Personally, my credit score is between 600 and 700 and I’m still very interested in applying your suggestions.
