Hi @Matt Buchalski we should setup a time to have a call. We have a great system in place to get investors quality properties. Feel free to PM me with a time that would work for you.

@Kris Jones

Welcome to BP Kris. This website is a great resource for information and networking with individuals who have similar goals. Like @Jacob Anderson mentioned, find some local REIA clubs and go to meetings. Those clubs are a great way to find and learn from other investors.

@Junior Silva

Most finance groups will want a personal guarantee when you are looking for credit for a new LLC. They will pull your personal credit and look at your finances. There are hard money lenders that will not look at that, but they don't typically offer a line, they lend on an asset.

@John Smith

I would have a conversation with the lender about this. Depending on the lender, they may work with you on this.

@Spencer J Jolley

This website is a great resource to learning more about real estate. I would also recommend joining a REIA and going to those meetings. There are numerous investors that go to those meetings and it would be a great place to learn as well.

@Kevin Stone

What quality of property are you looking for? A, B, C?

@Rhonda Shrum

It really depends. I know some investors that invest in performing notes that pay 12% interest only. If that is of interest for you, I would recommend you speak with @Darren Eady.
