There are many programs from different lenders that don't take credit score into account. If you have the cash, many lenders will work with you. What areas are you looking to buy in?

What type of deal are you looking for? Are you looking to flip a property, or are you looking for a turnkey property? 

When you say expand faster, what are your goals? What type of properties are you looking for? 

I have heard of them, but never worked with them. My opinion in learning about real estate is finding a mentor, someone that has experience, so they can assist you with doing a transaction. 

We like to invest in turnkey real estate in Birmingham, AL. Trying to see what the perception of Birmingham is with other investors. If you can get double digit returns on investing in Birmingham, would you invest there?
