are you planning on investing in the US or in the UK?

CA is a pro-tenant state. Sure you can rent a 2 bedroom for $1,500 - $2,000, but when the tenant stops paying and it takes 6 months or more to evict, the numbers don't look so good anymore.

I have kids. No amount of "good deal" is worth what he did or could do again. Find another property.

Thanks, I understand that, I was wondering if there was a way, when i'm logged in, for the system to remember which threads I have read.

Is there a way to not see the threads you already looked at in the "recent forum posts" section?

In other words, after you looked at at thread, it would not show up under "recent" until there's a new post.
