Justin Silverio

I say I get about 20-25 leads per month from the squeeze page.

And as far as Direct Mail, I think it's best to have people call you back rather than sending them to a squeeze page.

I think people connect better
In Person > Phone > Online

And if you do decide to send people to your squeeze page/website, make sure it continues the conversation from the direct mail. If your DM is about foreclosure, you should mention foreclosure on the squeeze page.

When I first got started I picked a niche and wrote down all the abandoned properties and did whatever it took to reach the owner.

I would skiptrace them, call them, mail them, ask the neighbors and did everything i possibly can think of.

I honestly think sometimes courses will limit your creativity. I was way more creative when i didnt have any course around.

just my two cents

I literally JUST answered a similarThis is my set up...

I have 3 different squeeze page for 3 different keywords and a MAIN website.

Live Example of the squeeze pages:

We Buy Houses Philadelphia - Rank #1
http://webuyhousesphiladelphia.org/

Sell Your House Fast Philadelphia - Rank #1
http://sellyourhousefastphiladelphia.com/

Sell My House Fast Philadelphia - Rank #1 & 2
http://sellmyhousefastphiladelphia.com/ question on another thread.

--------------------------------

I know a lot investors say "have a short form" then "have them fill out a long form once they login".

From my testing... I DONT THINK SO.

It's good to just have a FORM + Phone number.

THEY EITHER FILL OUT the form, or CALL YOU!

I prefer a call but 80% of the time people fill it out.

And if you make them fill out TWO forms, it KILLS CONVERSION. People hate being mislead and doing 2 things. it's HARD ENOUGH to make them fill out a form ONCE.

Hope that helps. =)

Rather asking how many landing/squeeze pages you need, the real questions is how many can you actually rank or do marketing for. Each website/landing pages need a lot of attention and marketing on it.

For example, it's not about how many bandit signs you have but how many you actually put up.

I hope that helps! =)

Check out John Carlton & Gary Halbert. Gary is the friggin man!!!

I'm huge on direct response marketing and LOVE copywriting but I don't write my own copies. I know enough to tell if my copywriters did a good job or not.

I believe that hiring a professional is the way to go. I leave my tax to my cpa and surgery to my doctor and copywriting/sales letter to my copywriter. haha hope that gets my point.

It's worth the investment to pay someone $1000-5000 to do your copywriitng if 1-2 deal can get your ROI right back.

Tim G. yea I'm with you on that. squeeze page is just a tool but people make it sound magical.

the FASTEST way to get cash buyers to call you is to send 200-300 yellow letters to RECENT CASH BUYERS in the area and let them know you have a deal they'll love. plain and simple.

but of course people overlook that and try to find some other ways to do it.
