@Brandon Wood Welcome to BP and you should find a lot of people who both live in and invest in Rochester as well as many who are out of state investors in the area.  It's an area that's been good to me :)

@Peter Martin I'm actually trying to setup real estate to do the opposite.  Originally from Florida (looking to get back) but am in the Upstate South Carolina area (Greenville).

Yeah, Rochester NY area.  I've got 2 duplexes there now and soon a little bit of cash coming in (sale of another house)...I'm looking to see if I can get a deal (I've read you said it was tight up there) that might need a little work.

Who is currently wholesaling (and getting deals) in Rochester, multi-families under 50k?

Who is currently wholesaling (and getting deals) in Greenville SC area under 70k?  What kind of properties are you getting?

Who is currently wholesaling (and getting deals) in Brevard, particularly Palm Bay area under 70k?

@Jason DillardI'd be curious where you are investing?  What type or properties (under 100k)?  Or Multi's?  Trying to get my feet wet here.
