Hello From Upstate SC
I've been lurking for several months and finally decided to join the community. I've been listening to a lot of the podcasts and reading the forums and have learned a lot so far and want to continue to learn more.
I'm 26 years old and am just now deciding to get started in real estate and real estate investing. I have a good job that I don't want to quit until I can at least replace my income with passive income and I believe, by living below my means, I am in a unique position to fund my future real estate deals.
I am in the process of buying my first residence (a foreclosure) that I will be able to make a profit on when I sell, and in the meantime, buy other foreclosures to flip and also to hold. I am eager and looking forward to taking this path as far as I can go.
I am interested in partnering and hope to one day soon be in a position to buy apartment complexes.
