I believe there's a lot more things to do. First thing would be to contact the agent of the house.

Hello

Thank you for the information. On the way home I'm gonna stop by the house and see if there is a contact number on the paper. If there is I can call that number and speak to the agent who has the house? Being that its a repo would they try and resell it at market value? This seems like a good idea because i have a idea about the home before it goes to mls. Would the bank rather it get resold before it goes to mls? Will it ever go to auction?are all repos sold by the bank looking for cash only?

hello brandon

how are you doing? i am doing good how was your thanksgiving. sorry for the late reply i just been doing some work on this 5000 thing. thank you for your reply im reading your story its very interesting. so what you are saying about the 5000 on contract is that this guy thats selling is not gonna give me a morgatge through a mortage company? or is it like a private sale? really all i have is 5000 down so this is why i was very interested in this type of property. i dont plan on moving in this place just going to rent out the whole thing and hope it pays off. also i dont have any mortage yet i am living with my inlaws right now so thats why i was debating on how will i be able to get a second mortage if i decide to go head and buy this place... how long do i have to wait before i try to apply for a second mortage?

Hello i am new in to this forum.... i am interested in investing in realestate to make some money on the side i dont want to become a millionar just maybe buy and rent out a two family home where on floor pays for that mortage and the ohter floor goes into pocket or can pay another mortage. my question is can i have multiple mortages at one time? is there a time frame on which i can applay for a second mortage? also i seen these ads in my local newspaper saying they only want like 5000 d/n could that be possible all i would need is 5000 down? some ads say 5000 on contract what does that mean? i really only 5,000 to invest... any other information would be great thank you .
