question about a home i have seen

there is this house by me thats empty for some time now but i didn't really notice anything about it till a week ago when i saw a sign on the window of the home saying the pipes in this house has been winterized so they will not freez. also there is a notice of evaction on the front door of the home with some signatures on it.. i looked up the address on it and it says its not for sale and can't find any information on it on any forcloser web site so what would be going on with this home? any information would be helpful thankyou

Sounds like its been recently taken back by the lender, or is in the process. Eventually, it will pop out onto the MLS. At some point its like a sign will appear that give a contact name in case of emergency. That's probably the listing agent. Watch for that and try giving them a call when it appears.

That said, buying REOs is a numbers game. Look at 50-100, make 10-20 offers, buy one. Don't get wrapped up in any particular house.

Your post is very difficult to read. Capitalization and proper punctuation would help a bunch.
