@Matthew O'Dell Hi Matthew. Welcome to Bigger Pockets! I wish you all the success in the world. Sounds like you are paving the way for yourself tremendously. You didn’t only come with questions, you came with the likeness of what homework you did first! A great starting point of accessing help. I am no expert, but as a fellow BP member I just wanted to give you a warm welcome, and commend your action oriented ways despite the fact that you mentioned lacking confidence. Well they say right action builds confidence. I think you’ve got it! All the best.

@Nico Navas Hi Nico! In all fairness, I am by far no expert. No matter what words of wisdom is offered here in regards to this post, I truly do believe you as an investor looking to make sounds decisions, your best friend is going to be disciplining yourself to understand deal analysis. Although now I’m sure you feel as though you’re pressed for time having jumped in, but DA may be a way to discover your best approach and options in terms of the next best thing to do now, as well as during market changes. Analyze for different exit strategies. As you are the only one who knows your personal goals, situation, financial strengths and weaknesses etc… and I’d like to add desired outcomes. I am a new investor. I think the greatest thing a new investor can do is niche down in deal analysis! Or at minimum, become reliant on such as fundamentals to success primarily to be the greatest asset to self, and to source good deals to other rental property investors if need be. I wish you the very best!!

@Brenden Mitchum Hi Brenden! Thank you immensely for your gracious feedback!! I am more than grateful. And thank you equally for your willingness to give of your self to be of assistance with answering questions if need be. I would be interested in your experience and take on data pulling and cold-calling as well. I will certainly reach out to you with efforts to stay connected shortly. I entered this Atlanta market forewarned about its saturation. I also entered with self determination and the idea of a challenge. However, I appreciate you! Thank you kindly.

@Matthew Briggs You're very welcome! That most definitely sounds like a plan to me as I am looking to build my network of Wholesalers (of course not limited to) with the goal of serving as mutual assets virtually, JV's, and otherwise!

@Anil Gathala Hi Anil. Welcome to Bigger Pockets!! I am fairly new as well. I had the same reservation. What I decided to do was  listen to the BiggerPockets Rookie Podcast from show number one on up. That has made a world of a difference. I have also decided to find specific reads in line with my immediate needs and investment goals to get me off to a great start. There will be webinars that come up that will help you as well. Even as far as Webinars go, choose wisely. I would stick to the ones that’s in line with your goals for starters to avoid being overwhelmed as well.
