Hi Everyone,

My business partner and I are in the MHP investment space and are looking to add MHP parks that are 30+ lots to our portfolio to hold long term. We are focusing in VA and NC but are open to Southeast markets as well. Are there any MHP wholesalers that deal in these territories? Also, aside from direct mail what current marketing tactics are working best for you all currently?

It's nice to see another investor in the area on BiggerPockets.  I'm in Luray which is about 45 minutes or so away and I don't know of a whole lot of active investors here.

Hello everyone!

I am an investor from Luray, VA and have been actively in the real estate "game" for about 4 years. I have been a member/lurker here on Biggerpockets for a few years and really want to push myself to get to the next level. I am excited to be more active in the community and I would love to meet more people on the site so feel free to reach out about anything.

My current projects include rehabbing a house to resell and closing on another that will be a rental in a few weeks.  Single family distressed homes are my current niche but my business is working on establishing itself in the Multi-family/apartment markets.
