Networking to find more MHP deals 30+ Lots
Hi Everyone,
My business partner and I are in the MHP investment space and are looking to add MHP parks that are 30+ lots to our portfolio to hold long term. We are focusing in VA and NC but are open to Southeast markets as well. Are there any MHP wholesalers that deal in these territories? Also, aside from direct mail what current marketing tactics are working best for you all currently?
Just wanted to start a thread to discuss those questions, introduce myself and network a bit with the active people on this site. Thanks!
