Hi Jay,

We target a 17%+ IRR at the investor level and 20%+ at the deal level. We currently are in Florida Tx and AZ. Our most recent deal is a hotel to MF conversion which has a 30%+ IRR

Hello All,

Has anyone invested in Multi Family Syndication programs?

If so how did you find the company you invested with and what due diligence did you perform before investing?
What structures and waterfalls were used and what were your expected returns.
Did you understand all the legalese in the contracts?
What made it a good or bad experience?

If you have these or other questions you need answering before getting involved in a passive investment reach out to me, I would be happy to answer them for you.

To your success!

@Jim Kittridge

Rather than foreclosure perhaps loan restructuring and modifications may be the better route to take

In your example a 500k acquisition should have a 5k rental per month. Some Holding and operating costs rise in line with people purchase price such as property taxes. At least in TX they do

Hi There,

I am trying to understand how best to value an RV park. What are the value add components that one should consider, like amenities. Are they a year round revenue stream or more geared towards vacation rental metrics.

Any insights hints and advice would be welcome.

Is there an RV parks forum on here. I couldn't find one

Is anyone actively buying RV parks ?

Thanks

There are several great spots in Arizona, Kentucky is also getting some traction and am noticing increased dealflow. I am looking in the MF space predominantly though
