When the tenant owes money or breaks lease, do you keep full amount?

- Applicant is asking to give me a holding deposit because she can not move in until dec 12th. She wants me to HOLD the property..... How do i go about that?

- Do you have a move out checklist and then just deduct?

- Do you take the time to touch every aspect up?

- What do you envision when a unit is claimed RENT-READY??

When was it time to start scaling the landlording business? Did you use a property management team to assist you?
