a Turnkey is one that investors buy that is either ready of a tenant or has a tenant and is managed. It's a way to own a rental but not be involved in any of the finding or managing the property. LOTS of info about that on BP!

There are lots of other non-Americans on the site. Many invest where they are locally and lots invest in turnkey properties in the US.
