@Robert Lorenz

I would like to connect with you to discuss and exchange ideas.I am just starting on wholesaling and have several leads but am in the same boat as you in terms of being able to evaluate a good deal.

Possible we can work on some JV down the line.

I am getting ready to start putting up Bandit signs in the Phoenix and wanted to know if anyone has had any issues with city ordinances or if anyone has any tips on when best to post up these signs, I was looking at starting to put them up Friday night and taking them down Sunday evening. Any advise would be greatly appreciated.I am still a newbie and looking to generate leads.
