I am in the Phoenix ad have started using bandit signs.I put out my bandit signs Friday evening expecting my phone to ring off the hook and have so far got zero feedback.I guess  the key to a successful marketing campaign is consistency.I am going to try the bandit signs at least three more times and hopefully i can get some call backs.

I work on business process in my full time job.I am planning on creating a process flow for my wholesale business and then look at using the VA after I analyse and fully document the process.I am relatively new to the business so I might some input from a seasoned wholesaler.Inbox me if you are interested.

I will be curious to know your experience in getting a VA and how its working for you if you have already implemented it as part of your business process.

I am still a newbie and have been following the forum and your comments.I would be curious to know if you ever went the VA avenue.I am in the same position you reference above in that I have a full time job but want to be able to call back these leads and qualify them in a timely manner the times when I am at work and when free pick up some calls and negotiate.

I appreciate the feedback from other members in regards to this topic.

We should connect, I have been networking with other newbies here in the East Valley to start a group where we can share information and network on some deals.I have been doing a lot of reading and listening to the podcasts here on bigger-pockets.

I was at a point of analysis paralysis and so decided to start driving for bucks.I have managed to find my farm area and have generated a  list of potential deals.I have spent the last couple of nights qualifying my list by looking at county records etc. Next steps - once my list is complete , I will send postcards twice once every 30 days then a letters for the next two months.

But I will keep focusing on driving for dollars and repeating the same process.

 It is a competitive business yes, but there are deals to be made everywhere , you just have to keep pushing through.
