Hi Steve,  I am a property owner in Oak Harbor.  I bought a condo in 2005 when the market was on the way up before the decline of 2007-2008.  I am seeing in increase in the market to the 2005 level, however I do not agree that the market is currently overpriced.  What information did you use to come to this conclusion?  I have viewed some of the new construction and agree that those homes are priced at a premium, however I believe that the market may continue to rise to reach these levels.  As a property owner I am also interested in the contractors you know in the Oak Harbor area, can you please share these with me as well.  Thank you.

I manage my own property and I am studying to get licensed to do it for others as well.  I should be licensed before the end of summer.  Keep me on your radar should there be a need at that time.

I found a vacant property I want to make an offer on and found out from a neighbor that the owner has passed away.  I checked the county records and found the property is still in the dead owners name.  How can I find out who owns / controls the property?

what a great deal.  Are there any others available in the neighborhood ?   I got 14K sitting in my money market account sleeping!  Time to wake it up and get some better return on it.
