Olympia REI Meeting Review

Hello Everyone,

This last Thursday night (Aug. 25th) was our Olympia REI meeting. We had a round table discussion about buy and hold rental properties. There was a lot of information exchanged from financing strategies,  partnering, lease contracts, evictions, property management, emotional attachment. and much much more.  Every one got a chance to exchange ideas and discuss what was working for them and what was not.

We had investors looking for contractors and wholesalers which was in short supply.  So to all of you contractors and wholesalers if you want to grow your business, please come and join us at our next meeting on the Sept. 22nd.  You are missing business.

Thanks to everyone for attending and joining in the discussion.  You were an awesome bunch.  I am looking forward to meeting with everyone again next month.
