Hey BP! I have been looking for a good system for getting rent money and sending bills to tenants. I came across the Tellus app and was wonder what the communities thoughts were about it.

It seems like it would be pretty nice to use, but I'm guessing some of you have used it before and have some thoughts about it from both the tenant and owner prospective.

@Brad McCulloch Yeah, my partner and I went to SCSU as well. It's a pretty good area. If you are looking to get into that market there is a duplex (4 bed 2 bath each side). Needs a new roof and 3 windows need to be redone. Asking price is 259,000, rent is about 320 a room. Let me know if you are interested, I can get you in touch with the owner.

Hey BP! My name is Chance, I'm 21 and quite new to this all. I have been looking into real estate for about 3 months now and it's all thanks to BP. I want to get into buy and hold in order to rent and build some passive cashflow. The current plan is to get 2-3 properties by the end of this year, primarily around college towns renting to students.
