Hi Folks, i am exploring to construct 30-50 unit apartment complex in cleveland Ohio, preferably modular construction. does anyone have good references in that space? Also i would like to invite experts in that area to give some inputs on  costs involed,  steps and gotchas to be aware of ?

Hello Folks, So i was listening to this recent BP podcast interviewing a lady who ran a successful vacation rental business , in the podcast she mentioned that you could get a vacation rental investment loan to purchase a property with 10% down? I am surprised , does anyone know a lender who does that ? and whats u r thoughts?

Thanks @Michael Jones. for start i ll be looking to househack myself in to 2-  4 unit. i hear round rock and cedar park areas are upcoming. But i also hear there is lot of inventory due to many new houses coming on market.
