I am trying to refinance my house in Pittsburgh but because I am recently self employed I am running into issues with the traditional path.  I should easily be able to get the loan with someone who works outside the traditional parameters but this round hole/square peg situation with the standard banks is driving me crazy.

Has anyone hired a telemarketer to call the leads that you purchase?  We just started by having a telemarketer call all of our leads before we send a letter.  I know that a high majority of the users claim that mailing a letter is better but I wanted to see if anyone who was using a telemarketer had any advice to share.  So far it appears to be working as we have a handful of decent appointments set up.  Any advice would be appreciated.

Hello,

   I am currently living and learning the Real Estate business in Ohio but my wife and I are planning a move back to Pittsburgh in the summer of 2016.  I would really like to connect with some investors in Pittsburgh to start mapping out my business for when I get there.  I would also like to take money from a few flips I am currently working on and possibly invest them in rentals properties in Pittsburgh.  If there are any investors on here that sell turnkey rentals or have good rental wholesales please reach out.

Great Question and congrats on the success.  I am in Columbus as well and I am going through a similar situation.   I have a few flips closing and being worked on as we speak.   I am also exploring the best way to roll the profits into investment properties.   I once heard a Real Estate investor talk about taking profits from flips and reinvesting in rentals tax free.  I am not looking for Expert Tax or Legal advice but can anyone give a general explanation of that process?....assuming that investor was accurate.
