Getting Started in Columbus, Ohio

Hi Everyone, 

My name is Matt and I've lived in Columbus, Ohio for a little over two years now. I've had interest in REI for a long time and am ready to get started in this market! I currently have one SFH investment in NE Ohio where I am originally from. It was my first home, and I bought as FHA with a low down payment. So, when I got a new job and relocated I made it a rental out of necessity. The last two years have been quite a learning experience (lots of mistakes), but essential to learning that I can do this and adding to my education.

I have done a lot of reading and have just started networking. I'm hoping to meet more people on this site and build a network. I'm interested in both SFH and multi-family. I'm ready to take action and have a goal to get 1-2 properties before the end of the year. Long term, I hope to do real estate investing full time.
