Thanks for the warm welcome to BP. I considered rewriting my initial post- I'm not quite sure I completed my profile correctly. However- if I can help any multifamily investors with running numbers- please let me know...i can be of service in that regard... I am not in a financial place at the moment to invest $- but I want to learn now and help where I can, in preparation. Thanks again.

Good afternoon. I am new to the investment game but not new to real estate. For my day job, I am a commercial mortgage broker- which means I finance commercial real estate- but for a number of reasons I have yet to invest. I am located in Houston, Texas and this is where I plan to invest in the short term. I am looking for guidance and education as I plan my first purchase. Thank you Chad
