Good afternoon. I am new to the investment game but not new to real estate. For my day job, I am a commercial mortgage broker- which means I finance commercial real estate- but for a number of reasons I have yet to invest. I am located in Houston, Texas and this is where I plan to invest in the short term. I am looking for guidance and education as I plan my first purchase. Thank you Chad

@Chad Collins - I can use a commercial mortgage broker as I looking to get financing for a deal.  Additionally, if there are any questions you have I will be glad to assist.
