What would be more important? I know both are but in what order? Is it better to find a good serious investor and find out what they are looking for or find a good property and find an investor for it?

Misty Weaver that's exactly what I don't want "to get stuck" and not do anything because of fear of failure. Thank you

John Moore thank you so much I will definitely look into the motivational speakers on You tube. I have heard those work. And thank you for the warm welcome.

Tyrus S. Thank you for your quick reply . All I know turkey know is that in order to start wholesaling I need to find serious investors. Then if I not mistaken the next step is to try to find out what it is they are looking for. Once the a done I believe I joules begin to look for houses. I get how to calculate a rehab. I also know that I will not make as much as an investor. I realize that there are many many other things to take into consideration as you mentioned.

Hello my name is Betsy and I have been trying to learn as much as possible about wholesaling. I have read the beginners guide and am going to attend an REIA meeting. I have also read many forums from here and many other blogs but still do not feel comfortable on taking the big step. If anyone can give me any pointers I would greatly appreciate them. Thanks in advance.
