Ok here it is... I look for properties that look vacant , then I look them up. But let's say the owner bought the house @ $200,000 in '06 but now the house is valued at $85,000. Would that be a house that they would want to get rid of or that I should even look at for wholesaling? I ask because I know the value is much less than the purchase price but would that be worth for the owner to want to get out?

@ Matthew Paul thank you so much. Would you be able to give me some ideas on how to find an investor? Do I just call one up? Go to real estate agents and ask? How do I get them to know that I am serious about business?
