I need of some more pointers please

Hello my name is Betsy and I have been trying to learn as much as possible about wholesaling. I have read the beginners guide and am going to attend an REIA meeting. I have also read many forums from here and many other blogs but still do not feel comfortable on taking the big step. If anyone can give me any pointers I would greatly appreciate them.
