I've used Yardi Enterprise and also to Yardi Voyager 7S. I personally LOVE Yardi.

Even property management firms that outsource their accounting department pays big bucks. I know of one that's pays $100k a year. Yes a year and it's not even much work they are doing.

I got a question, would it be possible to get an FHA loan under my name, but also have another co-owner that will be an LLC entity?

Yardi Voyager 7S can be used on Safari. I use it it on Macbook Pro 13 (mid-2013)

Frankly, i don't use QB and neither do the majority of RE Management firms. Not sure why BP members are so pro-QB. I know it's customizable and the argument is that "most" accountants use QB. 

I just find QB very messy lol
