There's no right or wrong answer. Best way is to plan everything out. You can definitely go for your rental property first before you owning your own house.

My goal is to be ABLE to retire in 15 years. I am still new to RE, however I am business savvy. I have started a few businesses before this.

I actually have been a member of BP for a while and also roaming around, but been very busy trying to network with other investors.
I came back to visit this forum was because I was listening to the podcast and decided to jump back and network with BP members.
