For active & serious wholesalers in the Northern & Central NJ (Bergen, Passaic, Essex, Hudson, Middlesex, Union, Somerset) with deals under contract, I'd love to JV with you to help get your deal sold!

If you have current (good) deals under contract that you may be having a hard time getting sold, or you don't have a strong buyer's list, feel free to reach out to me to get that deal sold. Give me a call, text, email, or private message through BP and let's do business.

Welcome @Chris Moyd

I hope you can make that role switch sooner than later. I'm originally from Fayetteville but I moved to NJ and that's where my Investing journey has begun. I'm looking to invest in Fayetteville one day as well. I'm actually in town now but returning to Jersey tomorrow. We should definitely link up.

Good luck man.

Cedric

Thanks @Michael Quarles. Oh, and I ordered a batch of pink envelopes to send my letters in. I heard you mention that in your podcast.

@Ned Carey Gotcha! I see what you're saying. In other words, the full price postage stamp would obviously then be more personal and stand out from the "bulk mail." Good point.

@Clayton P. The funny thing is today, I literally purchased a Samsung laser printer, yellow paper, and pink envelopes (I heard about the pink envelope from @Michael Quarles website podcast). I also did a mail merge from my excel list into my word document with the yellow letter template. I absolutely see the value in this since I plan on marketing like crazy. I'm just trying to figure out the most effective way of mailing them (e.g. - usps, stamps, print postage, etc.)

Thanks @Ned Carey. I'm not sure if I know what you mean about not bulk mailing it?

@Evan Roberts Good advice Evan. Splitting it would be a great idea. I also plan to send out a post card touch next month a few weeks before Christmas and keep following up thereafter.

Thanks!

Hello fellow colleagues!

I'm currently running my first marketing campaign which will include mailing out 1,600 Yellow Letters in my region. And yes, I am bracing for a flood of potential calls.

For my fellow wholesalers, what are the most cost effective and efficient ways to bulk mail a large supply of letters?

Thanks!

@Steven Velez that's crazy how one's ARV can be off by that much, whether intentional or unintentional. This is good for me to know as well because that will come down to solid research and due diligence.

So solid numbers backed by comparable sales it is. Thanks Steven.
