@Jordan Moorhead interesting to hear that. Are these small MFs like duplexes or are they in apartment complexes ?

@Bryan Noth that sounds awesome! That’s what I’ve been hearing as well. Are there certain suburbs that you see do better than the others ?

@Ryan Kelly yep, thanks man. I’m looking at the areas immediately surrounding Austin proper. Do you know of any good superhosts that you can recommend? There are quite a bit of them out there; just looking for someone that is vetted is all. Thanks!

@Jordan Moorhead so far I have some SFRs. Looking to get into STRs this year. I am always interested in small MFs, but opportunities have just taken me the SFR route thus far.

@Gary Nash thanks for the info! Although I'm by no means an expert investor, I've actually completed 2 full BRRRRs already. For both of them I actually got extra cash back when I refi'ed. I couldn't even calculate my COC because the denominator wasn't even zero…

Finding reliable GCs for residential rehab is tough right now within my network of investors. Hence I’m just sending feelers out.  Are you a contractor?

Hey all, I'm an investor in the seattle area, and I invest in a couple out of state markets, Austin being one of them. Looking to network with local investors that also invest in Austin. I enjoy talking about real estate, and enjoy networking with like minded people. I realized that a lot of us belong to REIAs in our region, and these days most big REIAs in our area charge a fee to be in their "inner circle" or other exclusive clubs within the REIA. What happened to just meeting up and networking…? For free…? Because it's fun to make friends along the way and help each other?

I operate by being an open book. I never shy away from sharing info or contacts. I believe in helping each other reach our goals and be successful. No strings. No sales pitches. Just make investor friends because we love to talk about investing and helping each other.

Please reach out. Would love to connect!

Eddie

Hi all, I am an investor looking to network with other fellow investors in the Austin market. Currently I have a few SFR as LTRs in Austin, looking to expand my portfolio to include STRs this year. Always happy to talk about real estate.

Oh, and also looking for GC recommendations. I am an open book, I like to share contacts as I go, as I believe in helping each other to achieve everyone’s goals.

Happy Investing everyone!
