Hi, i am a new investor and i would like to know who are the best wholesalers and how i can start? If anybody can help me will really appreciate.. Also if anybody knows which wholesaler, small or big companies, is giving the best deal and flexible... Thanks...

@saju scaria What's your strategy?  Are you planning to buy and hold or fix and flip or wholesale?   While some people love wholesalers, I often find ARVs are way too high, especially today if they're using last years comps or maybe even comps from June/July....and often repair estimates are way too low.  So be careful out there.  There are probably good ones around, but run your own numbers, know your model, know your exit strategy.   Have a great team lined up.
