Hi there, I just need to know you’alls opinion if home refinancing is better for us to finance our next real estate property since we are out of cash and not comfortable tapping money out in our retirement account or borrowing money through a private lender since interest rates are higher than a conventional loan. We are halfway in paying off the mortgage in our primary home (orig loan was 305k with 3.25% interest rates). Does it make sense to do refinancing at this time?

Hi there, as a newbie investor (we have acquired 3 SFH properties so far since September of this year) a thought came to our minds about putting up our business in an LLC. Do we really need to do that? Thank you all in advance!

@Aaron H. Our renter said it’s her best friend who lost her house due to a fire. She started renting with us last September and so far we don’t have problem with her. Thanks for your input!

What to do with renter who’s guest staying for about a month or so? Our contract says guest can not stay for more than 5 days. Should I impose an extra rent fee? If so, how much?

@Garrett Tierney Can you please tell me more about 203k? Never heard of it. Me and my husband just started, we have two SFH properties now and closing on our third one before the end of November. We both have full time jobs but we are lacking capital to put in to buy more properties since we put 25% on the first two and doing the same on our third one. Thank you in advance for your input.
