Brandon, I am a re-habber also and looking for joint ventures as well as doing my own. Did you attend the Tropical REIA meeting last month. They are the only National REIA in the area and I am a member there as well. Lots of discounts due to the national presence. Linda Willis is the founder and very knowledgeable and is connected to some great contacts. I will be at the next meeting and perhaps we can meet and discuss your goals. My company is island dreamers L.L.C. and I am doing the business part time but this is my last year with my J.O.B.
