@Roc P. I would absolutely try to get this lead under contract.  But first you  have to locate the owners PR or the executor of the will.  If I were you I would contact your locate probate office everyday.  Sooner or later the facts will come to light and you will learn who's in control of that property.  

Maybe even leave your business card or flyer on the door of the property letting them know you are interested in buying.   You never know who will stop by.

@Joe Stafford I'm curious what website did you pull this data from?  I've been doing Probates in Broward county and every time I want new leads I have to take the trip to the court house.

I'm curious did you every go knocking on those doors? I've seen a couple FSBO signs in my neighborhood and I've been thinking about approaching them.
