@Tiffini Johnson What are the rents every month for a 3 bedroom unit.  Are there any 4 bedroom units at Tao?

Hello @Matt Carling Good Morning Matt. I saw you posted that you are an investor here in Broward County. Are you looking for any properties currently. As I have a town house in pompano beach that I am trying to sell to any investors interested. I'm showing the property on Saturday if you would like more details. All i need is your email address.

Regards,

Carlos

@Giselle Valentin I just paid my donation via paypal.  So the answer to your question is YES.  You should have gotten an email from @Carlos Rovira already.

Wow this is a great thread if anyone had an answer that would be awesome!!!  @Pedro Oliva

 Did you make a decision and choose a company?  I believe SiteX is now $1500 up front,  I don't think they accept monthly payments anymore.

@William ManzieYou might be missing it because it's there.  Just look for: ASSIGNABILITY its usually in bold and there's a check box next to it.  it's up to you to check buyer may assign or buyer may not assign.

If you want to PM your contract I'll be happy to help you look for it.

@Jason Pritchard Thank you for replying and good luck to you as well.  I planned on dropping 25 - 50 bandit signs in my city this Friday night as I'm tired of the response rate I've been getting with yellow letters.  Good luck closing that deal I'm rooting for you!

@Jason Pritchard

 12% response rate?  what in the world is your secret?  I just sent out 500 yellow letters last week and got a whopping 0 calls.

I'm targeting high equity owners that purchased their homes in the 80's.  Might be time for me to target absentee owners like everyone else.
