Max - Congrats! 

The best way to connect with investors in the DMV is Facebook groups and meetups. There are several FB groups for real estate investors in the DMV. I also suggest that you join meetup.com and you will find real estate investor meetups in your area. There are also REIA groups that you can join. A simple google search will lead you to them.

Hi Max, congrats on getting your license! There are a number of ways to connect with investors in your area. I would go to meetup.com to find local investor meetups in the DMV. There are also REIA groups in your area. There is also the National REIA that has REIA's all over the country. you can go to their website for more info.

Sorry to hear about your experiences with others. 75% is the standard max cash out in the industry. We have a program that will go up to 80% that is state specific. To be eligible for 80% cash out, the property must be located in one of the following states:

AL, AZ, CA, CO, GA, MI, MN, MO, NC, PA, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA

With respect to seasoning, as long we can verify that the property was improved by the borrower after they purchased it, there is NO seasoning requirement for the 80% program.

Hi Leanna. Congrats on your first BRRRR!! Our DSCR programs go up to 80% cash out and have NO seasoning requirement as long as the property is improved, which is the case on your deal.
