I'm currently visiting Columbus and visiting a business partner. I'm interested to find a duplex to fourplex to brrr. 

If anyone wants to partner up to get into some larger multi-family units, let me know.

Hi everyone!

This community has grown so much since I joined in 2019. I haven't completed my profile and wanted to take the opportunity to reach out to the Investor Network with a new commercial real estate project tied to a 3PL business near Dallas Texas. 

We are looking to raise a total of $5M and have already secured 2 partners. We have $2.5M remaining and we will be looking to close this year.

How did he get the seller to get another loan? 

I have an RV Trailer 23' that I would also like to rent out on Outdoorsy. My research led me to believe that I could earn about $100/night. But it's mid February in Vegas and I get more activity from listing it on Airbnb as a parked only stay. I was expecting to get more activity from Outdoorsy but nothing yet. Meanwhile, I'm getting a ton of action for a $50/night stay. 

I haven't called any RV parks yet as it's parked in my large driveway. (I prefer to to park it at a proper designated spot so that I can be more hands off.) Has anyone have experience with parking at persons home and splitting the profits? Or paying a flat monthly rate? 

Count me in, I would mind partnering with someone. I co-founded a Nashville Tennessee REI Group last year and now moved to Vegas so it would be nice to have that here, even if its virtually. I'll add you guys and see where you are at with this.

I manage an STR property in Las Vegas Summerlin area. About to look into the Henderson area. Anyone have experience out there?


Sorry for the delayed reply, it's been awhile since I logged on. Has the market been hot still? I'm currently in Vegas market. Decided to come here instead, market is pretty solid during Covid as well.

@john cornelius. Which area goes for $250/night. Thats pretty good numbers. We have property in Tennessee for $240K but adr is $115

My Vegas property is $460K and I get about $230/night.

With this corona virus scare, how does the real estate prices look for the near term? Has it affected the short term rental market?

@stace, thanks for your analysis. I'm currently investing in Clarksville Tennessee which is a military town. They cash flow well and the appreciation is getting attractive. 

I'm currently looking for a 4plex in Vegas/Nevada that cash flows well. Perhaps there may be a lot of good deals coming a long soon. 

@eric Johnson are you a hard money lender? Maybe we can work together.
