 Hello! Our MTR market is solid. The local hospital was just totally redone, to the tune of hundreds of millions of dollars. It was bought out by CHI Franciscan, and it's drawn tons of traveling nurses. That's actually on my agenda to add to my portfolio. Would love to acquire a few multi-family buildings for this purpose.

I've been a member with the free version for a while, just purchased the Pro. I live, work, and invest in Kitsap County, WA - 12 miles due west of Seattle. I currently own four units and I'm looking to scale and create partnerships. My area has a strong economy, high rental rates, and a very large military and civil service presence. Both rental and purchase markets are robust. I've also been a real estate broker for the last 10 years. If you need a partner for deals this side of the pond, reach out!

I'm purchasing a home on a wrap for the first time. I asked my PM if we could enter into a PM agreement so I can rent it out immediately. She's not sure as I won't be the owner of record until the term is up. However there will be a fulfillment deed recorded.

What is the work around to this? I feel like it can't be all that complicated as it's done all the time.
