Renting out SFR purchased on a wrap...WA State

I'm purchasing a home on a wrap for the first time. I asked my PM if we could enter into a PM agreement so I can rent it out immediately. She's not sure as I won't be the owner of record until the term is up. However there will be a fulfillment deed recorded.

What is the work around to this? I feel like it can't be all that complicated as it's done all the time.
