At one time if you had to account with US bank, they would give you a portal to put in your website so your customers could pay and US bank is their own gateway.

@Douglas Dowell

I agree with you but some investor like to be greedy but only time will tell if he refuses to pay the agent, and one day he will need help, and the agents will turn their backs on him.

You will have a hard time doing this without a track record, and so you will be charging them a small fee to teach them.

All I can say don't screw the agent who been helping because they can spread the word, and no one will trust you or deal with you.

Who ever you put it under contract with should know what they owe on the note, and if you cannot get that just refund the EM and move on to the next deal?

It is ok to disagree with me, but Experian is big on the West Coast and Trans union in the east and Equifax everywhere in between.

 Joe, I suppose that too could also be a little vendor driven.  Not worth a debate.  I think our points are relatively the same otherwise.

Dion Depaoli

I agree not worth a debate.

@Ariel Ozick

I disagree a lot of creditors only report to one credit bureau so you need to look at all three bureaus to see if you miss anything.

@Mark Kemp

I was enjoying your post on what you were saying until I got to the point you help someone stay in their home for seven years without paying, and it is good you help someone screw the lender you should have help them get a job. That is why no one can get a home loan because of all the deadbeats riding the system. You are right on what you are saying about the notes.

@Dane Fossee

Let's say a person with no credit history apply for a Cap one card their score will shoot through the roof but do that show they pay their bills not all because there are no credit histories and that is the reason to look at over-all credit. And about Trans union everyone run to them because it is easy to pull from them and how do you know you have the whole picture with the only one-credit reports.
