You are right, but someone said cloud the title but that could lead to title fraud, and you can bond around it also. I think a judge would laugh at someone who said I am suing this person for not selling his home to me.

I think the seller should have the same right to sue the buyer if they back out from buying. My 2 cents.

If a real estate agent does run the comps for you, the best favor is used that realtor to close your deals.

We see this all the time in note selling from buyers backing out.
